The information that we collect is to provide efficient services to you. You share your details like your name, email address, and other personal information like contact details to use certain features of our Site/ Our Application. If you use a feature requiring payment of a fee, we transmit your credit card data to our bank/our payment application/s for processing. If we encounter a problem with payment, we may review the order information with you and our bank to resolve it. We do not otherwise disclose your credit card information. We do not share your email address or your personal information with third party marketers except the payment collection services. We offer secure pages to collect sensitive information on our order form, such as credit card information. We also use administrative, physical and technical precautions to help protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of personal information stored on our system. We host the site at a commercial-grade data centre that employs extensive security practices. Other than the above mentioned sharing of data related to credit card information, we only share personal information with other companies or individuals outside of Our Company in the following limited circumstances:

Our Company displays targeted advertisements based on personal information. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click on targeted ads meet the targeting criteria - for example, people aged 18- 24 from a particular geographic area.
Our Company does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted advertisement. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the advertisement.
Our Company advertisers may include financial service providers (such as banks, insurance agents, stock brokers and mortgage lenders) and non-financial companies (such as stores, airlines, and software companies) and any type of company organization.
How Long Do We Retain User Data?
Currently, we plan to retain user data while an account is active and for at least three years afterwards. We may alter this practice according to legal and business requirements. For example, we may lengthen the retention period for some data if needed to comply with law or voluntary codes of conduct. Unless otherwise prohibited, we may shorten the retention period for some types of data if needed to free up storage space.
Management of User Information:
You can access and manage your account information. You can update your usage by accessing further paid services or products, or change details such as email address, and personal information.
Children
Our Company will not contact children under age 13 about special offers or for marketing purposes without a parent's permission.
Our Course/s
Permitted Usage
The Course purchased by any Student will and shall be only used by him/her and One Course is limited to One User on One Device only. Any sharing, recording, downloading or reselling of the Video/Course is strictly prohibited and is to be treated as violation of Terms of Usage.We constantly monitor the usage of the course and the links generated for the course. Any non-permitted use will result in immediate revocation of access from the Course/s, i.e. Student will be debarred from the Course/s and not be permitted to view or attend future lectures and/or access to the recorded lecture/s will be revoked as well. Any non-permitted usage or selling of video/s or Course is considered to be theft and violation of Intellectual Property of the Company as per the Law of India and the violator will be persecuted as per the Law.
Online Live Course:
- After the purchase of Online Live Course, Live Classes will be available for the duration of completion of course in one cycle, thereafter, the recorded class of the same live class will be accessible to students for view up to 5 times for a period of 545 days (1.5 years) from the date of purchase. One Cycle means, from the starting of one segment till the time the classes come back to the same segment, for instance, if Student A has purchased Live Course from Ancient Indian History Part 1 and Student B has purchased Live Course from Modern Indian History, then Live Classes of Student A will end after completion World History, i.e., completion of one Cycle Ancient Indian History Part 1 – Ancient Indian History Part 2 - Medieval Indian History – Modern Indian History – World History; and similarly, Live Classes for Student B will end after completion of Medieval Indian History. However, Live Course with recorded classes will be available to both Student A and Student B up to 545 days (1.5 years) from the date of purchase.
- Online Study-materials in the form of .pdf file will be valid and visible for the same course as purchased by the Student. However, a student can download the pdf files or print them as per their convenience. If the same is not downloaded/printed, access to the Online Study Materials will be revoked after the expiry of course and Our Institution will not be responsible for it, nor any extension will be granted for downloading the Study materials.
- Weekly Test will be conducted for all the students of Online Live Batch along with Offline Students, questions will be provided to the students which they can attempt and send the same to institution for evaluation of the questions. Attempted answers are to be sent in .pdf format through the Application/Email/WhatsApp number provided to the students. Answers will only be evaluated during the period of active Course. No answer will be evaluated after the expiry of Course.
- Non-payment of fees or instalments will lead to discontinuation of Course.
Audio-Visual Course:
- Audio-Visual Course will be run offline mode in the Classroom of The Study only. Classes will be played using Hi-tech screen and Speakers for the students to have a comfortable study environment. Recording from the Offline batch will be played in the presence of Course Co-ordinator who will be there to solve queries, if any.
- Admission can be taken in Audio-Visual Course in any segment and they can complete their Course in cycle. One Cycle means, from the starting of one segment till the time the classes come back to the same segment, for instance, if Student A has purchased Audio-Visual Course from Ancient Indian History Part 1 and Student B has purchased Audio-Visual Course from Modern Indian History, then Audio-Visual Course of Student A will end after completion World History, i.e., completion of one Cycle Ancient Indian History Part 1 – Ancient Indian History Part 2 - Medieval Indian History – Modern Indian History – World History; and similarly, Audio-Visual Course for Student B will end after completion of Medieval Indian History.
- Classes will be conducted daily from 2:30 pm from Monday to Friday. Weekly test will be conducted on Saturdays. Weekly Test will be conducted for all the students of Audio-Visual Batch, questions will be provided to the students in the class and they have to attempt the same in the Classroom only. Answers will only be evaluated during the period of active Course. No answer will be evaluated after the expiry of Course.
- Non-payment of fees or instalments will lead to discontinuation of Course.
Online Recorded Course:
- Online recorded course can be purchased in two formats, either the whole course can be purchased in one go or modules can be purchased separately. If a module is purchased separately, each student will be entitled to view each class up to 5 times within the duration of 180 days from the date of purchase of the module course. If the whole course is purchased, either in instalments or one-time payment, each student is entitled to view each class up to 5 times within the duration of 365 days from the date of purchase.
- Online Study-materials in the form of .pdf file will be valid and visible for the same course as purchased by the Student. However, a student can download the pdf files or print them as per their convenience. If the same is not downloaded/printed, access to the Online Study Materials will be revoked after the expiry of course and Our Institution will not be responsible for it, nor any extension will be granted for downloading the Study materials.
- Live Doubt classes with Manikant Singh will be accessible for all students of Online Recorded Course simultaneously for the duration of their Course irrespective of the date of purchase of course occasionally (subject to availability of Sir and other factors). Separate classes for Hindi medium and English Medium will be conducted and a student will only be eligible for attending the class in only one language of the course they have purchased. Notification about the timing will be given a day prior to the students through WhatsApp Chat/group. Timing for Doubt Session is not fixed and is subject to change as per the availability of Manikant Sir.
- Weekly questions will be provided to the students which they can attempt and send the same to institution for evaluation of the questions. Attempted answers are to be sent in .pdf format through the Application/Email/WhatsApp number provided to the student. Answers will only be evaluated during the period of active Course. No answer will be evaluated after the expiry of Course.
- Non-payment of fees or instalments will lead to discontinuation of Course.
Pen Drive Course:
- Pen Drive Course can be purchased in two formats, either the whole course can be purchased in one go or modules can be purchased separately. If a module is purchased separately, each student will be entitled to view each class up to 5 times within the duration of 180 days from the date of purchase of the module course. If the whole course is purchased, each student is entitled to view each class up to 5 times within the duration of 365 days from the date of purchase.
- Soft-copy of Study-materials in the form of .pdf file will be available for the same course as purchased by the Student. However, a student can download the pdf files or print them as per their convenience or can store the same in Pen Drive itself. However, we recommend downloading the same to your local device so that it can stay with the students in case the Pen Drive gets wiped or corrupted. If the same is not downloaded/printed, till the time a Student is eligible for the Course, i.e. within the validity period, a copy of the same will not be provided and Our Institution will not be responsible for it, nor any extension will be granted for downloading the Study materials.
- For Doubt clearance, mobile number of our Class Coordinator will be provided to the students and they can call the batch-coordinator between 11:30 am – 2:30 pm during the validity of their course
- Every week few question/s will be provided to the students which they can attempt and send the same to institution for evaluation of the questions. Attempted answers are to be sent in .pdf format through the Application/Email/WhatsApp number provided to the student. Answers will only be evaluated during the period of active Course. No answer will be evaluated after the expiry of Course.
- In case, if the Pen-drive is corrupted when received by the Students, Our Institution will provide them with a replacement of the same. However, if after activation, if there is any loss of Pen Drive or the Pen Drive gets corrupted, Student can get a replacement of the Pen Drive, however, they will need to pay the charges for Pen Drive as will be informed by Our Institution.
Answer Enrichment course:
Answer writing is the most important component of Civil Services exam preparation. The entire classes of this our Answer Enrichment course are taken by Manikant sir himself. Lectures in this Course is a compilation of questions from all the sections of History Optional Subject i.e. Ancient India, Medieval India, Modern India and World History exclusively selected from the recorded classes of Manikant Sir.
This course is available in both Hindi & English medium. In English medium, there will be a total of 41 lectures and in Hindi medium there will be a total of 42 lectures in this course. Each student will be entitled to view each class up to 5 times within the duration of 180 days from the date of purchase. Non-payment of fees or instalments will lead to discontinuation of Course.
Answer Enrichment Course focuses on the following aspects -
- To acquaint the candidates with the generality of the questions.
- Teach them how to analyse the questions.
- Also, teach them about the specific method of answer writing.
- Lastly, informing them what kind of knowledge is required to write better answers.
- Non-payment of fees or instalments will lead to discontinuation of Course.
UPPCS LIVE COURSE
This course will be conducted under the able guidance of Mr. Manikant Sir by Dr. Sanjan Kumar, a well-known teacher in the field civil services. This course will completely cover the syllabus of History as optional subject for UPPCS Main exam as per the latest pattern of the exam. It will be necessary to keep in mind that Mr. Manikant Sir will also be associated with the entire course and the Course will be conducted as per his pattern and pedagogy of teaching.
